Becoming an Effective Classroom Manager: Preservice Teachers’ Perceptions of their Classroom Management Education and Self-Efficacy Beliefs

It is very important that preservice teachers are provided an effective classroom management education so they can develop the knowledge, attitude, and practices expected from manager. This study explores teachers’ perceptions of their education. a qualitative using hermeneutic phenomenology research design. Eleven participants private university were interviewed semi-structured interview tool. The findings suggest with multiple skills, emotional support to moral reinforcement diversity management, become skillful managers. significance teachers, training, different aspects how should be, have been discussed in research. Overall, it’s research, it elaborates on domains department.
